my daughter is 5 years old... when can I give milk like morning, evening,night & how much I should give?

Stick to 500 ML in a day not more than that that is what I can tell you you can give it morning and in the evening or morning in the night however it is convenient as per the schedule of your child because you’ll have to see what is going to be more comfortable for your kid
