whats the right time to give milk to kids 5-6yr night or morning or evening. ppl says differently some myths

Night is the best time to give milk as per Ayurveda so what you can do is you can give it once in the morning after your child wakes up then during the daytime prefer giving breakfast fruits lunch and then dinner in the evening you can give a snack or maybe half a glass of milk if needed and if your child demands milk in the night then you give it otherwise not so work how you feel is convenient for you to proceed with
