my daughter is 5 years old. her weight not grow properly.

A. Hello Include nutritious foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado paneer potato to baby's recipes these foods are caloric dense foods that help in weight gain

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to get small meals to your baby at frequent intervals this will help to make sure that the child is able to digest food properly and eat better
