my daughter is 5 years old and recently I noticed that she has a small lump under both nipple .it is not painful.so what I do

A. If it is not painful then it could just be lipoma which is basically a fat ball that can be there and it is a genetic thing but since it is with a small child under the breast of the child or that nipple area you better check with your doctor for clarification
