Q.
my daughter is 5 years old and problem is I found one white hair after week their is no white.after few days agin I found one white hair but different places so what should I do? can I change in her diet?

SAVITA KANDAGuardian of a 8 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. your hair ,nail everything's shows your body nutritional comsuption ..change your dietary plan ,eat healthy and nutritional food ,add some vitamin amd zinc based food for preventing grey hair ,massage with mild oil on regular basis and wash the hair with only gentle hairwash

If you or your spouse have a history of premature greying of hair, then your daughter may also get grey hair at an early age.
