PRIYANKAMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Dont worry just manage the time table. u can give her food with gap if 3 hrs Dont give anything in between she will eat properly afterwards. You can make her sit with other of her age give them but not her she will ask for it.. tried and tested
Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement .
avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation.
you can also give rice preparations oatmeals, curd preparations, and daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided.
if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food.
Important is that you need to give a balanced diekgbt to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age.

you need to stop force feeding at first.
encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him or her feel hungry.
maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time.
give tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice before half an hour of meal time which will help to increase your child apetite.
