Q.

My daughter is 5 months old and since last few days she has started urinating frequently. As a result the diaper needs to be changed every 2 hours. As the summer has started urinating frequency should be less but for her it has increased. also she pees little by little and not at one go. can someone help me if this is normal or should I consult doctor? Also I have started to feed her semi-solid food and few drops of water a day.

A. dear mum if baby is otherwise gaining adequate weight is active alert and happy then not to worry water and top food should not be introduced before completing 6 months
