Q.

My daughter is 5.6 years. Her diet is normal but I can tell her bones are little weak especially her legs. she often has leg pains. She drinks 2 to 3 cups of milk every day. she eats an egg everyday but I don't feel her bones are strong. What can I do?

A. Hi Mom, I would suggest you to consult with your child doctor for proper evaluation and medicines. Add more calcium rich foods into your child's diet. The best sources of calcium are dairy products, including milk, yogurt, cheese and calcium fortified beverages such as almond and soy milk
