my daughter is 5.6 year daily she complain for stomach pain while going to school at morning and she says salty water comes in her mouth while stomach pain in school.

A. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functifaonal or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common caustes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
