my daughter is 5.4 years old and her weight is 21kg it's good or not?

Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include milk and diary products,dry fruits,dal, fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, millets, grains for meeting nutritional requirement. Give adequate water and fluids , expose baby to sunlight daily .
