Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. if child is not gaining proper weight you need to consult your doctor to rule out the cause and most of the time it could be because of nutdtritional deficiencies like nutritional anemia and some other factors like malabsorption any chyronic disease like congenital heart disease or some chronic infection specially urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required .

Your child should be weighing more than 16 kg as of now your child is little underweight right now your child is maintaining vain for three-year-old child approximately so it is going to be good for you to introduce more of proteins and proper food to the child
