Q.

My daughter is 4months old .some nights she sleeps continuously for 4.5 hours and then gets up for milk other nights she keeps waking every 2hours for Feeds is this normal .

Q. What is a good bedtime schedule for 4months old? My little one sleeps for around 5 hours in the afternoon at a stretch (from 10AM - 3PM) and then is not having sound sleep at the nights.. wakes up multiple times and does not sleep until 4-5 AM. Please help with suggestions to set her schedule and with idle bed time.
