my daughter is 4months 8 days old... her neck is yet to gold completely and she did roll over till now . is it common and by when should this happen... is something I should be worried about

A. I'm already giving her vitamin d3 drops

A. sorry I mentioned as did rol over... I meant did not roll over till now and head hold is still not complete... when should this happen and when should I be worried if this doesn't happen

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she doesn’t roll over yet so give her calcium vitamin d3 syrup Ossopan D 3 ml two times a day for three months
