Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone.

other reasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .Colic in babies is a very common issue and it's matter of concern for parents as the baby is extremely irritable and inconsolable by most of the means.
Exclusive breastfeeding with a proper bupring and keeping the baby in an upright position will be helpful.
Antiflatulenrtce medicine like semithicone , probiotics and enzyme preparations may be helpful.
Maternal lifestyle and dietary habbits are also contributory and important. be ruled out and managed accordingly .

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Burp your baby after every feed. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Consult your doctor for further advice
