my daughter is 48 days old her birth weight was 3kg now she is not gaining weight and she is good n quick response when I talk her and she is 2.7 now

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl6 months agoA. Not to worry, if the baby gets good quality of milk the baby will put weight. Initial five minutes breast milk is watery, after five minutes the improved quality of milk will be suitable for the baby. Baby will put weight normally after three months.
