my daughter is 43 days old. Is it normal for a child at this age to have bouts of laughter while sleeping?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is less than 2 months of age small babies will be smiling during sleep but it is not with meaning the baby will be smiling it is only involuntary movements
