My daughter is 4 yrs old she got this type of boil on her body like nose hands and all according to my pediatric this is Normal .Help me if anyone knows what it is

A. seems like certain viral skin infection. keep good hygien and educate him for more hand washing, give zinc rich food and once consult skin specialist in person. o k.
