my daughter is 4 years old .she is having cough(khansi) from last 3 months.some times its cough (gilli khansi)when i treat that than she start dry cough (suki khansi).i have given her so many medicine s but it is not helping.their is other problem.no fever no constipation.eating ,playing.but her cough is not getting over.pls guide
