my daughter is 4 years old .she got fever repeatedly that means 3times with in 2months but by using paracetamol syrup fever co ntrolled with in 24 hours what is the underlying cause for repeated fever ? please give me answer

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy11 months agoA. hello you should be using paracetamol only as prescribed by your doctor and not overdose and if there is no improvement it would be better to secure doctor and she will be able to guide you with a proper examination and absolutely nothing to worry about
