Hi Doctor, my daughter is 4 years old,I have given paracetamol syrup for 100f fever , after 4 hours gap she got 101.9f fever ,can I give Menthol p syrup, Could you please Suggest, Thank you

Okay so first of all you are meant to repeat medicine in six hours not in four hours second yes you can continue with the same paracetamol that you’ve been giving do not add any medicine from your own side if the fever is not subsiding over in increasing gradually please consult your paediatrician
