My daughter is 4 years old n she weighs just 13kgs..How to increase her weight n keep her fit?Her intake of food is very less

A. you can add ghee, eggs and oil to her foods. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weightt is not a concern and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and you can also include a child dry fruits and dairy products along with fruits and vegetables in the growth of your child..
