A. A weight of 13.5 kg for a 4-year-old baby is low, you should pay attention to their diet and consult a good doctor....

A. Okay so if your child is eating well the weight is not increasing please check with your doctor could be due to nutritional deficiency or poor digestion once you exactly know what is the issue you can actually work on fixing that problem because right now the reason is unknown so taking an assessment with your doctor will help also please try and include proteins in the diet of your child
