my daughter is 4 years old and from the time she has turned 3 she started to skip her afternoon nap. she is very active and her diet is also okay. she sleeps at night and has a continuous night deep sleep. does this affect her growth and brain development?

A. A lot of parents try this thing to get the child sleep through the night a child is already doing it which is very good and if your child is taking a deep nap in the night how it is going to affect the brain of the child or the growth of the child the child doesn’t take a daytime nap plus you have to understand this that this is what we do to make the child sleep in the day so that the child sleeps the tiredness goes away a little bit but it is not mandatory so the child sleeps at night that’s perfectly fine
