Q.
My daughter is 4 years 6 months old. Girl has bowel problem, stool is very hard. Very little once a day. Also for few days, my daughter is going to urinate frequently. And the body has fever. what I do ?

give her paracetomol syp for fever for time being.
give her lots of fluids.
to avoid constipation , gi e her fiber rich froods,fruits and veggies .
