baby is slightly high in weight .
avoid foods like chips waffers chocolates sugary drinks bread junk foods for the child
Engage child in lot of physical activity like playing jumping dancing swimming football cycling skipping daily

Weight of 4 years baby should be anywhere between 15-17 kgs.. So the weight is not that high. It is fine.
Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby
