my daughter is 4 year old she is having viral fever from 4 days . her head heat alot and fever goes and come again . what should I do

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamold and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do bodyd sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meet the doctor immediately.
