102 degree fever in 2 year old...fever goes down and come again...head is hot

A. You can consult your doctor they advise with any other paracetamol if it is meant to be given to the child other than what you are giving I also do cold sponge that usually helps a lot and reducing down the fever at a faster level along with the oral medication that you are giving
