My daughter is 4 weeks old today, and we exclusively breastfeed. For the past 2 days the majority of her diapers have been green poop some with mucous in them. She doesn’t have a fever .

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, if baby is given formula milk then baby will pass motion in green colour. If there is mucus and the motion is watery and smelly and then it might be infection. Please consult paediatrician and get examined. Exclusively breastfeed and keep your baby well hydrated. Burp your baby well after every feed.
