my daughter is 4 months old , suddenly today i saw a small bubble rises in her right hand palm though it is not paining to her but matter of concern for me i have attach the photo of it,kindly help me what should i do

Im Not able to see any photographs I’m just going to advise you as of now to consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same the doctor has to check it and accordingly they can give you the correct advice because without proper check up at a picture I will not be able to help you
