Q.

my daughter is 4 months old. she is mother fed and she is suffering from motions from last week I gave colimex and motions was increased. we went to doctor and he gave zenflox and gut germinia syrups. and no change and he tested my baby's stool. he said that due to constipation this was happening. can u pls suggest me something what u know.

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management fvhor dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fevver than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
