my daughter is 4 month old her head remaining hot due to that lots of sweating hota hai head me. even her mattress and swedale cloth get wet. she still can't sleep without swedling. what should I do?

The temperature with a thermometer to check whether your child is having fever or not and accordingly you can proceed sometimes having warm head or bodies just a normal body temperature so you didn’t worry about it if there is no fever and sweating is common in this age
