Q.
My daughter is 4.6 years old... after mosquito bite she have red skin or made small wound.... sometimes bleeding from that wound.... what is the reason for that

Hi mommy Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration
