My daughter is 4.5 years old and suddenly having perianal itching at night and crying a lot. what to do please help.

A. Clean that area properly by adding some mild antiseptic liquid into warm water and clean it properly with a soft cloth and after that you should apply Boroline anti septic cream in the entire area and if still the child is watching is continuous please check with your doctor
