My daughter is 4.5 n now she is in ukg, m thinking to repeat her the same class next year as she will be only 5.5 for grade 1 is it ok.

Four years a child should be in nursery and then five years UKG and six years for standard your child is already onto a higher class which is why maybe the child is not picking up that well so it would be a good idea that you repeat the class and then you go ahead with that you just have to check as per the age of the child how the enrolment is going to go because Education board has become very strict with the age and class of the child
