Q.

my daughter is 4.5 and she has been eating less compared to her early years. she has also lost weight. I keep trying to feed her different things but she doesn't develop taste.

A. hello dear good morning try to feed your baby with a natural appetizers that will help to improve the appetite like by including buttermilk in between some vegetable broth sand suites that will help coconut water is a good option

A. hi please check health issues like nutritional deficiency,worm infection, dehydration, teething , stomach problem like colic, constipation and indigestion. keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. make food presentation attractive for example use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents. maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time.
