my daughter is 4.5 and from past 2 days she have some small rashes on her face and body it happened all of sudden and she is telling me some itching also there ....

Babyhug peach cream or moisturiser you can use maybe it is due to dryness irritation or rashes on the skin and sometimes it could be due to hand foot and mouth disease as since you haven’t shared a picture I would recommend you to kindly take an assistance with your doctor as well
