my daughter is 4.10years she is having fever 103.46 and complaining of full body pain and vomiting and. not feeling well kindly suggest since yesterday night

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. begin with weight-based paracetamol after meals. offer fluids and light foods. keep the child cool, avoiding woolen clothes. a fever is 100°f+ underarm. sponge with normal temperature water for 20 minutes. consult a doctor for stronger meds like ibugesic or meftal-p if needed. d
