Q.

My daughter is 3yrs plus and she still is 12 kg. Not gaining weight from last 9-10 months. Can anyone suggest something?

A. Hi parent Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Giveher more paneer , probiotics and citrus fruits Giveher more milets and pulses. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
