My daughter is 3yrs old,weight 14.2kgs,she lost half kg weight during loose mottions,since yesterday she is having fever ,after giving calpol 250 4 ml it reduces and again comes after sometime, can i give her clarinova 125 ?? Will it reduce fever ?

also if it's viral infection sor an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.
all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics.
also dosage is given as per infection and type of diseasse. meet your dr for proper advice.
