Q.

my daughter is 3yrs old, she is fond of chocolates and sugary items....past three days im trying to decrease the level of her intake of sugary items.... but her teeth was already damaged... suggest me tat how to get rid of it.....

A. visit a dentist and get proper checkup and treatment done as there is nothing that you can do at home for the tooth that has already decade. avoid sticky food like chocolate chips and biscuits completely and start brushing twice a day using a pea size of kids age appropriate toothpaste like Colgate kids, cheerio or kidodent.
