Always connection before correction is very important.
Once she is calm then talk to her about her tantrums. No punishments but be firm on setting boundaries and limits.
Give loads of love and attention especially listening to whatever she talks.

Now days this is a normal behaviour of babies but these things get normal while your baby grows up. Till the time you should just distract you baby whenever you baby is behaving in such a way and this is the only solution to make your baby calm in such situations
Happy parenting
