my daughter is 3yr 7months she is having cold/cough and mild fever since 4-5days already giving syrup maxtra p n syrup soventus jr but it's not working please suggest antibiotic

Madam I must tell you this that you should never give antibiotics till that time there is not a massive situation or an infection because antibiotics gives a load on the liver of the child so you should avoid them for as long as you can if the child is not getting relief check with your doctor if you can start nebula the child and medication can be changed which would be a better option right
