Q.

My daughter is 3yr 5 month old.Recently she is complaining about leg pain regularly.What will be reason for this?? Is it due to calcium deficiency??

A. It's called growing pain, and it is very common in toddlers who are active, nothing to worry about it, keep your kid well hydrated ,encourage the child to take more water during his or her play time, You can give relief by doing massage legs with mustard oil . You an give syp Ostocalcium b 12 . If the problem remains throughout the day n affects his or her daily activities, consult a pediatrician to evaluate hb level, vit d levels.. Etc. For proper evaluation n treatment.
