Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. u can u delcon syrup 2.5 ml 3 times Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
