Q.

My daughter is 3years old... Her weight is 13.5 kg... Is it ok or under weight?? Aur uska awaz baith jata hai humesha agar thoda sa v cold ho jaye... what to do.... very stressful for me to handle all this

A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours adnd recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. you can go throudgh many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

A. The weight is still okay it’s not that less you can increase the content of protein for the child which is what is going to be helpful in increasing the weight of the child as per the age and during the cold or congestion it’s normal to change the voice a little bit that’s completely fine
