Q.

my daughter is 3months old.. I prefer to give her breastfeeding as it is good for infant or newborns.. but i realize from last few days she's not getting enough breast milk. so What should i eat to increase breast milk supply properly

A. take a healthy diet with all nutrients and plenty of liquids further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . A. If you feel breastmilk is not enough for the baby, include foods like fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, oats with nuts, dry fruits, broccoli, beans, green leafy vegetables, eggs, garlic, brown rice, legumes and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and keep latching the baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
