my daughter is 30 months old....confussed if buffalo or cow milk would be good

Both are good. U can give any of these. Both are rich in calcium..
Also Give milk products like paneer curd cheese to ur baby..
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby
