my daughter is 3 yrs 5 months old. everyday she takes cornflakes with milk in the morning. Is it good to have it everyday?

it's better to give home prepared food for the child at this age and always introduce every kind of food which is prepared at home as kids need to get adjusted with the home food.
definitely you can give conflex for the child once in a while but do not make it a habit by giving it daily as child need to have different kind of Nutrition
