A. yes possible weather a particular food(curd /milk / bannana etc) will cause any allergy to the child or not or it will cause any cough and cold to the child or not depends upon the pass history of the child. if there is a particular history that after consuming a particular food or fruit a child develops cough and cold or loose motion or any type of skin rash within few hrs than only that particular food needs to be avoided otherwise you can give that particular food or fruit during illness as well as cough and cold. it is a myth that a particular food should not be taken during cough and cold or during illness and food allergies is usually not present in the whole population but only few people.

A. Eggs are one of the most common allergy-causing foods for children. Egg allergy symptoms usually occur a few minutes to a few hours after eating eggs or foods containing eggs. Signs and symptoms range from mild to severe and can include skin rashes, hives, nasal congestion, and vomiting or other digestive problems.
