my daughter is 3 years old she is getting fever repeatedly from July to August until now she got 3 times fever but she is active her temp 98 f but her body is hot what should I want to do

A. normal temperature now. cFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
